So where do I start, I really hate this company so much I hope it goes bankrupt soon. I know I am not the only one around the web that has had bad experiences with this so called company.. 

Future Cleaning Services took over GSF Sandylight at the start of Jan 2016 and it went down hill from that point on, GSF wasa 100* times better. With FCS they provided you with shit equipment and plastic buckets to put water into and for mopping. half the times they broke easily. if you called up to get them replaced the manager would threaten to find out who broke them and demand they pay for the broken equipment lol. this has happened more than once. 

So yes my first issue with this company, was when they brought in the Face Clocking in and Out software. and a Phone clocking in system  as a so called back up. I was on night shifts so the gym closes at 10. when I would sometimes use the scanner to clock in it would do it perfectly fine, but when I'd go to clock out it would not detect me. this would be constant I'd get yelled at if I tried using the phone for that... i was owed a total of 16 hours because of the crappy scanning software malfunctioning. When I brought this up with  Manuel,he right out called me a liar. and refused to pay me because according to him they had no evidence of me trying to clock out. LOL yeah right.... I'm on CCTV working my ass off. check the footage. I also had witnesses from GYM STAFF.........

As you can see here, he doesn't understand what he is typing. at first he calls me a liar about the scanner malfunctioning, then actually agrees with me LOL which is it buddy.

The next issue I had was my holiday entitlement. so I had 2 weeks of holiday remaining on my contract to be used at the end of March before they get renewed. I was told by the supervisor that I wouldn't be able to use them due to staff refusing to cover my shifts because they didn't like the night work ahahahah. What fucking ever.... So at this point I'd had enough. I gave in my notice and walked out. Left the supervisor in a fucked up place LOL....... According to Sam her information was I didn't get paid my full holiday pay because I left before the end of March HA. so why is it SAM that when I contacted ACAS. and they threatened you with a tribunal court case. you decided to pay up my owed hours? clearly if you were in the right you'd have taken this further.. You and the company are nothing but fucking CON ARTISTS and liars. just reading other reviews from people make me feel sick to my stomach like how can you be going on for this long after fucking people over??
